Not happy with something you bought? No stress. Here's exactly how returns work, when you'll get your money back, and what can't be returned â written in plain language.

How do I return something?
It only takes a few minutes. Follow these steps:

Go to My Orders
Find the order in your account dashboard within 7 days of receiving it.

Click "Request Return"
Select the item(s) and tell us the reason â e.g. wrong size, damaged, or changed your mind.

Pack and ship it back
Keep the item in its original condition with all tags and packaging. We'll share the return address.

We check and refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll send the refund to your original payment method within 5â10 business days.
What we do accept back
- âĸ Unused item in its original condition
- âĸ All original tags and stickers still attached
- âĸ Original packaging, box, or carry bag included
- âĸ Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- âĸ Item received damaged or not as described
What we can't accept back
- âĸ Item that's been used, washed, or altered
- âĸ Tags removed or packaging thrown away
- âĸ Personal care or hygiene products (for health reasons)
- âĸ Custom or personalised items made just for you
- âĸ Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
When will I see the money in my account?
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in acceptable condition, we'll kick off the refund. Here's a rough timeline depending on how you paid:

Bank processing times are outside our control. If you haven't received the refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

CuratedStore is a marketplace â some vendors may have slightly different return windows or conditions for specific product types. You'll always see any vendor-specific terms on the product page before you buy. If you're unsure, contact us before placing your order.
