How do I return something?

It only takes a few minutes. Follow these steps:

    Go to My Orders

    Find the order in your account dashboard within 7 days of receiving it.

  2. 2

    Click "Request Return"

    Select the item(s) and tell us the reason — e.g. wrong size, damaged, or changed your mind.

  3. 3

    Pack and ship it back

    Keep the item in its original condition with all tags and packaging. We'll share the return address.

  4. 4

    We check and refund

    Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll send the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What we do accept back

  • â€ĸ All original tags and stickers still attached
  • â€ĸ Original packaging, box, or carry bag included
  • â€ĸ Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • â€ĸ Item received damaged or not as described

What we can't accept back

  • â€ĸ Item that's been used, washed, or altered
  • â€ĸ Tags removed or packaging thrown away
  • â€ĸ Personal care or hygiene products (for health reasons)
  • â€ĸ Custom or personalised items made just for you
  • â€ĸ Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase

When will I see the money in my account?

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in acceptable condition, we'll kick off the refund. Here's a rough timeline depending on how you paid:

Bank processing times are outside our control. If you haven't received the refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
